Hey you,
How have you been holding on?
I finished the part of 2024 I wanted to write. Now, it's time to write this story:
I'm back in Whistler. I'm reminded who I am and what I'm capable of. It's been pouring the last few days. It's mentally hard to run the 6km to work and teach in rain and then run back. It's good for me. Overcoming my fears and comfort zone.
I don't feel tired. I eat healthy. I climb. I ski. I run. I read and I draw. I try not to think too much. I still cry... Putting distance between me and him helps. I can walk around town and ski without worrying to see him... I can go to the climbing gym.
I'm focusing on my goals for 2026. I have big plans. I have to train for them. I have to stay focused.

I just read what i've written. it sounds all so easy and so straight forward. If you've been reading, you know it wasn't and it still isn't. some days I'm doing better than others.
I'm writing all this because I want to inspire you to start planning your 2026. I want to motivate you to overcome your pain for a moment and try your very best to set at least one goal for next year.
Let me tell you how my 2 lists looks like. Yes, you read it right. I have 2 lists; one has all the mountains I want to climb, all the things I want to do, and the oter one is fairly simple:
